Goal. Development of a mathematical model indirect field-oriented control twin-screw electromechanical hydrolyzer. Methodology. The paper presents Indirect was developed in the MATLAB / Simulink software environment. determination main parameters hydrolyzer carried out by developing finite element Comsol Multiphysics Results. Based on results study, graphical dependences distribution magnetic induction air gap ferromagnetic rotor, spatial representation 3D rotor were obtained. modeling confirmed practical study mock-up By implementing model, are obtained under condition stepwise change torque and cyclic angular velocity. Originality. an implementation method for controlling work takes into account complex design Practical significance. makes it possible to achieve effective system, allows further research maintain necessary technological process develop more intelligent systems future.
